Text chat requires successful match queue response plus LiveKit token issuance for the selected room. If layout opens but chat does not connect, reset matching state and start a clean text match.

## Steps

1. Exit current text chat screen and restart matching from Random Text Match.
2. If stuck, refresh page and sign in again before retrying.
3. Wait for “Finding Match” completion and do not open multiple tabs during startup.
4. If still failing, capture console error text and user ID in bug report.
